Let the Manor’s culinary team give you a behind the scenes look at the incredible tastes and culinary artistry of DesBarres Manor and sister property Rare Bird Pub with a special two-night Gourmet Getaway Package. Your first evening will begin with a guided tour of the Chedabucto Bay Brewing Company located onsite in the Rare Bird Pub. After learning the secrets of brewing a premium Canadian ale, you’ll sit down for a sampler of our handcrafted ales followed by a special three course dinner including local seafood.
Your second day will start with a full country breakfast followed by a personal tour of the Manor gardens where we grow many of the herbs and vegetables that are used in our signature dishes.
